Returns & Refunds

Our Policy

Due to the nature of our wellness products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. However, your satisfaction is our priority.

Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery
Products must be in original packaging with all seals intact
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at hello@healthyally.in with your order number and reason for return
Our team will review your request within 2 business days
If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at hello@healthyally.in with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
